V380 Pro is a good quality product
I procured the V380 PRO Three-Lens WiFi IP Camera (HD 2MP + 2MP + 2MP, Outdoor Waterproof), but it is not working properly.
I tested the camera and reported the issue in a timely manner. The PTZ function is faulty — left and right movement does not work.
Despite this, the seller is not willing to acknowledge that the product is defective and has clearly stated that they will not provide a replacement.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend not purchasing any products from this seller, as they do not honor warranty or replacement claims.
